Q. How many printing presses are on-site?
A. We have 19 automatic and 6 manual M&R presses, ranging from 8 to 16 colors.

Q. What is the maximum number of colors that can be screen printed?
A. Depending on the design, we can print up to 14 colors.

Q. What is the maximum image size that can be printed?
A. We can print 21”x 28” (normally loaded) and 42”x 35” (belt simulation)

Q. Do you use lead and phthalate compliant inks?
A. We print with lead and phthalate free inks exclusively.

Q. Is your facility OSHA and CSCC (California Safety Compliancy Corp.) approved?
A. Yes. Our facility is inspected and approved multiple times each quarter.

Q. How many embroidery machines do you have?
A. We have 16 multi-head Barudan embroidery machines.

Q. What is the maximum number of thread colors that can be embroidered?
A. We can embroider up to 9 colors.

Q. What is the maximum image size that can be embroidered?
A. We can embroider 11.5”x 7” on apparel and 2.25” x 4.5” on hats.

Q. What is your production lead-time?
A. We typically quote 1 to 3 weeks depending on order quantity and the type of program.

Q. Can you assist me with developing and printing my samples?
A. Yes. We have a full service product development / sample department that can assist you with all of your sampling requirements.

Q. Can you separate and output my artwork onto film?
A. Yes. We have an in-house, full service art department that can handle all of your needs.

Q. Do you have an FTP (File Transfer Protocol) site?
A. Yes. Please click here to upload your art files.

Q. Do you have a minimum order quantity?
A. We typically quote 600 pieces but please call us because it maybe possible to print simpler designs in smaller quantities.

Q. Do you offer full package programs?
A. Yes. We can supply you with a completed garment ready to ship to your customer. This type of program allows you to write one purchase order that’ll cover the shirt, printing and packaging.

Q. Can you package and ship my order direct to retail?
A. Yes. We have a full service finishing department staffed with over 100 people. We are currently shipping all major retailers across the country.

Q. Can you relabel my shirts if needed?
A. Yes. We have an in-house relabel department capable of producing 10,000 units per day.

Q. Can you store my blank shirts for me?
A. Yes, depending on the program. We currently have the ability to stock over 2,000,000 garments.

Q. Will I have a customer service person handling my account?
A. Yes. We will designate a customer service representative to handle your account so obtaining answers will be fast and easy.

Q. Can you pickup and deliver in the local area?
A. Yes. We have two cargo trucks serving the local area.
