Cove Screen, S.A. de C.V., is Sunsports exclusive Mexico print partner.

They work together to provide its customers multiple options to run programs both domestically and in Mexico.

Sunsports oversees and manages all sales, customer service, and accounting, while Cove manages all production, packaging, and distribution. Both entities operate independently.

Cove Screen is a full service screen printer with 6 automatics located in two facilities; Queretero, Queretero, and Sabinas, Coahuila, Mexico. Cove has a staff of over 120 and can currently produce approximately 650,000 units per month. Cove operates around the clock. Mr. Faulkner, a dual citizen, has an extensive background in the apparel industry having spent many years running factories in Mexico for top companies such as Oxford Industries, Levi Strauss, Gerber Childrenswear and Hanes. Jim was the GM for the Hanes factory in Nueva Rosita, Coahuilla, and managed a staff of 2,500. In 1996, Jim retired from Sara Lee and began Cove Screen.

Cove is a certified Gap, Nike, Kohl’s, JC Penney’s, Sears, Disney, Universal Studios, and Wal-Mart in both US and Mexico.
